Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration such as birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors! When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

The location needs to be clear of all debris such as sticks, large rocks, yard tools, hoses, toys, large/sharp objects, animal droppings etc. The ground must be flat. Small slopes are okay as long as no safety concerns are present. Electricity and water must be within 50ft from setup location. Setup location must have access with at least 4ft of clearance for a dolly and inflatable to pass.

We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo and Apple Pay. Cash payments must be exact amount as we do not carry change.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. Water inflatables are labeled on the website. If you have any questions, please reach out for more information.

If there is a possibility of heavy rain, or wind in excess of 15 mph on the day of your event, we will call ahead and discuss if cancellation is necessary. Once your unit is delivered (driver is at your door) you are responsible for the full amount due, regardless of weather changes.

If there is light rain on your rental date, please keep the inflatable ON, unless the inflatable will no longer be in use. For heavy rain, please remove the blower and store in a secure and dry location. Please DO NOT run the inflatable overnight. If there is heavy rain, please remove the blower and store somewhere secure and dry.

We do NOT require a deposit as we feel this keeps the rental experience simple and easy. However, please keep in mind that last minute cancellations do affect our business. Multi-unit rentals of 3 or more units will require a deposit of 50%.

If you must cancel, we ask that you try to give us at least a 48-hour notice. Although, you may cancel your reservation at any time by calling only. No emails or text messages for cancellations. At that time, your rental will be cancelled and made available to other customers.
